When something doesn''t make sense, you''re the one who says so.Our client is a small, technology-led professional services firm whose consultants spend their days with CEOs and boards. They''ll expect the person running their systems and data to hold their own in the room.The systems are modern and integrated. The reporting refreshes itself. There''s no internal IT department, just a managed IT provider for specialist work. Everything else is yours.You''d be the only person doing this. No systems team, no data team, no weekly brief. You report to the Head of Operations and you''re trusted to decide what matters, fix what''s broken and push back when something is wrong.The jobSystems. Users, permissions, access and configuration. Joiners and leavers. The CRM questions nobody else can answer. Holding the managed IT provider to account.Data. Keeping the Power BI reporting right, tightening data quality, and bringing senior colleagues things they hadn''t thought to ask.Improvement.
