Join our ICT team and play a vital role behind the scenes - enabling our colleagues to deliver outstanding, compassionate care every day. As a Business Support Lead, you will act as the main point of contact for our rostering system, working closely with the People Systems Lead, Intelligent Workplace Manager, suppliers and People team. You ll also develop and support a network of Super Users, helping to embed best practice and improve system adoption. What you will do Take ownership of our People systems, with an initial focus on the Allocate Rostering system. Provide expert day to day support, ensuring systems are reliable, well configured and easy to use. Act as the main point of contact with system suppliers, managing issues, upgrades and enhancements. Lead system testing, configuration changes and new feature rollouts. Develop and support a network of Allocate Super Users, enabling strong local support across teams.
