Job title: Business Systems Lead Salary: Dependent on ExperienceLocation: Hemel Hempstead My client is looking for a Business Systems Lead to join their team, who has a proven track record of improving the operational excellence aspects of commercial, manufacturing and supply chain operations with regards to safety, quality, delivery, productivity/efficiency and overall profitability. You will have responsibility in Strategic Planning, Project Management, execution of Continuous Improvement initiatives as well as Coaching and Training. This role would suit someone who has a strong grasp of an Engineering company with an understanding of precision machining.
