Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, manage, and improve business management systemsLead internal and external audits and drive corrective actionsHandle customer complaints and warranty issues with timely resolutionTrain and support colleagues in business systems and processesDrive continuous improvement across the organisationAct as the main contact for customer/supplier systems (JLR, BMW, Lotus, etc.)Report on KPIs and present performance updates About YouStrong understanding of quality management systems (ISO, IATF, AS9100, etc.)Experience within the automotive and/or aerospace industriesGood knowledge of manufacturing processesExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsStrong analytical and ..... full job details .....
