Business Systems and Automation Specialist Salary: 50 - 55,000 Location: Office based 4 / WFH 1 day Job Type: Permanent We are working with an established business that is looking to recruit a Business Systems and Automation Specialist to improve the way it uses technology, data, automation and AI to support its day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys understanding how businesses work, identifying inefficiencies and developing practical solutions that make processes simpler, faster and more effective. Working closely with finance, operational teams and external technology partners, you will help improve reporting, streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks and explore opportunities to introduce AI-enabled tools into everyday business activities. The successful candidate will combine strong technical skills with a practical, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work with non-technical colleagues to turn business requirements into effective solutions. Key Responsibilities Analyse business processes across finance, supply chain, payroll and support functions to identify opportunities for improvement.
