As Business Systems Analyst, you are the owner for Salesforce, and the process authority within our AI Enablement team. You turn what the business needs into a clear, prioritised roadmap - and, because you understand how work really flows, you are the person who spots where AI and automation can take work away and makes sure it lands in the systems people use every day. You own the backlog and set priorities by business value, applying process thinking before anything is built. That same understanding of how work flows is where the team finds its best enablement opportunities - you surface them, scope them, and hand them on to be built. You are also the working-level intelligent client to our managed service partner, translating business needs into well-scoped requirements so no work reaches them without that thinking applied first, while the AI Enablement Lead holds the commercial relationship and escalation.
