Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce) - Sheffield Hybrid - To £52,000 (Depending on experience)3 days in office / 2 days working from home Our client, a UK tech business leading the way in their market, is recruiting for a Business Systems Analyst to join their team. Our client is looking for someone to bring order and direction to how their core Salesforce environment evolves, with a particular focus on freeing up time through smarter use of automation and AI. This is a role for someone who can look at how work actually gets done, spot where effort is being wasted, and turn that insight into a roadmap that genuinely reflects business priorities. You will be trusted to manage what gets built and when, always starting from a solid understanding of process rather than jumping straight to a system fix. A key part of the job is liaising with an external delivery partner. Rather than passing requests through unchecked, you will question, refine and prioritise what goes to them, making sure every piece of work is properly thought through first. A senior colleague will manage the overall commercial relationship, but you will be the one shaping the day to day requests.
