Business Systems Analyst

Robert Half are partnering with a leading Real Estate organisation to recruit a Business Systems Analyst on an initial 3-month contract. This role will support the discovery phase of a business-wide initiative to create a centralised knowledge repository for business processes, policies and operational documentation. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand how teams currently operate, document existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve the structure and accessibility of business information. This is a highly collaborative role suited to someone with strong business analysis skills, excellent stakeholder management and experience documenting business processes within complex organisations. Responsibilities: Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand current business processes, systems and operational workflows. Audit existing policies, procedures and documentation, identifying gaps, duplication and areas requiring standardisation. Capture and document current ("as-is") business processes using recognised business analysis techniques. Gather and analyse business requirements to ensure documentation accurately reflects existing ways of working. Produce clear, structured and consistent process documentation for inclusion within a centralised business knowledge repository.
