This is a hands-on and broad role covering business systems support, process improvement, project coordination, reporting, automation, user training, cyber security, and general IT support. The role would suit an experienced IT Technician looking for a step-up, or an existing Deputy / Assistant IT Manager searching for a new opportunity.
