Business Systems Analyst £37,450.80 per annum pro rata Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire - Hybrid Full Time, Fixed Term until 29-Oct-2027 We are looking for a proactive and technically confident Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance the core systems that underpin our housing and operational services. About the role Working closely with the IT Business Systems Manager, you will help ensure our key platforms continue to operate effectively while contributing to ongoing improvements and future system transformation. You will play an important role in maintaining and enhancing our existing housing and scheduling systems, including supporting version upgrades where required. You will review system data and performance to identify opportunities for improvement and support the implementation and transition of replacement systems, ensuring they meet business requirements and deliver tangible operational benefits. This role requires a strong appreciation of organisational processes, governance requirements and stakeholder engagement. As a key liaison between technical teams, business users and third-party suppliers, you will need to quickly build effective working relationships and navigate established internal ways of working to ensure successful delivery of system improvements and change initiatives.
