Business Systems Analyst

Baltic Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a leading manufacturing organisation with their search for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join their IT team. Overall Purpose: To lead the strategic planning, implementation, and management of systems, processes, software and IT projects that enhance organisational efficiency, support business growth, and ensure technological innovation across all sites globally, making recommendations for future action within the Company. Key Duties: Analyse the requirements of the organisation and organise the IT resources of the organisation accordingly, choosing the most suitable software and hardware. Maintain MSSQL database systems using SQL server management Studio Manage and maintain ERP software including the development of custom applications and automation Analyse and optimise business processes through technology solutions; scoping, developing and implementing automation and integration initiatives to enhance productivity where appropriate. Ability to script both within ERP software and related system architecture to support the needs of the business. Extensive knowledge of SQL, with the ability to write SQL views, queries and stored procedures to support the needs of the business. Knowledge of various scripting languages to support business objective. Write reports and develop customer facing documents using Crystal reporting software. Use of XML and XSL to support automation projects using Dataswitch software. ..... full job details .....
