Our client is looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join their IT team in Liverpool. The role will initially focus on SAP SuccessFactors and HR/Talent systems, with opportunities to work across wider business applications.

The Role

You''ll work closely with HR, IT and business stakeholders to:

• Support and configure SAP SuccessFactors HCM.
• Gather requirements and identify process improvements.
• Manage testing, upgrades, troubleshooting and system changes.
• Support HR data, reporting and integrations.
• Work with SAP CPI and other business systems.

About You

We''re looking for someone with:

• Experience working with HR/Talent systems in a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• SAP SuccessFactors experience, ideally across modules such as Employee Central, Performance, Learning, Compensation or Recruiting.
• Experience with integrations/SAP CPI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• The ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
