Provide confidential, accurate, and timely administrative support to the team and frontline servicesDemonstrate strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and excellent keyboard abilitiesCommunicate effectively with service users, family and carers as well as internal and external partnersAccurately minute-take with attention to detailSupport in general office tasks (maintaining spreadsheets, filing, scanning, photocopying, etc.)Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standardsPrioritise workload and manage tasks independently in a fast-evolving environmentCommunicate effectively with service users, carers and staff at all levels via phone, email and Microsoft TeamsSupport a diverse client base with awareness of non-discriminatory practicesWhat you’ll bring / Qualifications
