As a Business Support Partner, you'll act as a trusted partner to the Director and senior leadership team, helping to coordinate, monitor, and deliver key strategic and operational activities. You'll play a crucial role in governance, compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement, ensuring priorities are delivered effectively and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to ensure strategic priorities are delivered efficiently.
- Monitor business activities, track progress, identify risks, and escalate issues where required.
- Manage governance processes, including policy reviews, risk registers, and governance meetings.
- Prepare agendas, action trackers, reports, and board/committee documentation.
- Coordinate audit schedules and monitor follow-up actions.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows, and operational processes.
- Support business continuity planning and compliance activities.
- Track key operational metrics and ensure adherence to organisational policies and procedures.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.
- Previous experience in a business support, business partnering, or operational support role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and experience maintaining accurate documentation and reports.
- Confident stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems such as SharePoint.
- Knowledge of governance frameworks, risk management, and compliance processes.
