This role is crucial as changes to free school meals eligibility require a complete recheck of our caseload of approximately 19,000 children. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent IT skills, high accuracy, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.Day-to-day of the role:Input and update applications for free school meals in the IT system, ensuring each case reflects current eligibility.Organise and prioritise workload to meet the project deadline without compromising on the quality of work.Respond to queries and issues related to office equipment and IT services.Collaborate with the Team Leader to monitor and improve performance indicators to enhance customer satisfaction.Participate in service reviews, planning, and the implementation of new policies and processes to ensure high-quality service delivery.Act as an ambassador for the organisation, promoting its vision and values, and contributing to service development and risk management strategies.Maintain accurate information systems and ensure compliance with all organisational policies, including health and safety and safeguarding.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in data entry or a similar ..... full job details .....
