We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Support Officer to join a not-for-profit organisation in Sandwell. This temporary role involves providing high-quality administrative support within a professional environment.Client DetailsThis not-for-profit organisation operates within the secretarial and business support sector. It is a medium-sized company, committed to delivering efficient and effective services to its community.DescriptionProvide administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the department.Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of information.Update and maintain the ChildView system.Support Youth Justice Service workers to update systems in line with KPI recording requirements.Maintain files and record systems, including scanning and uploading documents.Ensuring all allocated tasks are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars.Respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner.Prepare reports and presentations as directed by the team.Support team members with ad-hoc administrative tasks.Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.ProfileA successful Business Support Officer should have:Experience in a secretarial or business support role, preferably within the not-for-profit sector.Experience of Childview / YJS systems would be advantageous.Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and good ..... full job details .....
