Job Title: Business Support OfficerLocation: South LondonContract Type: Temporary (Ongoing)Rate: 18 - 24 per hourWorking Pattern: HybridHours: 36 hours per weekSocial Housing Experience RequiredDaniel Owen are proud to be representing a well-known client based in the South London area, who are looking for a highly skilled Business Support Officer to join their team.Key Responsibilities - Business Support Officer:To support delivery of the surveying functions within the Specialist Services contract team, including voids, aids and adaptations, private sector housing empty homes, major repairs and statutory legal disrepair.To operate and maintain administrative processes in support of wider business objectivesPrincipal Accountabilities:To undertake project support duties for the surveying team including creating documents (e.g. minutes, presentations, spreadsheets and project plans), document control, management of emails and other communications using a variety of systems as required.To coordinate, produce and report against performance documentation within milestones/deadlines and liaise with colleagues as required. Responsibility for project configuration; managing circulation and version control and inputting into quality and change controlTo handle and maintain confidential and commercially sensitive information providedTo provide support for a range of programmes, utilising ICT and other systems to produce, review and report on project progress and financial status ..... full job details .....
