Belmont Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Partnership Support Officer to work with our client on an initial three-month temporary assignment, working 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role will be based in the Southport area and offers a hybrid working arrangement, with three days office-based and two days working from home.

Overview:

The successful candidate will provide administrative and coordination support within a domestic abuse and community safety service. The role will involve supporting partnership meetings, maintaining records and action trackers, coordinating information and supporting the production of strategies, reports and associated documentation. Due to the nature of the service, the successful candidate will be required to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion at all times.

Main Duties:

  • Planning, communicating and coordinating meetings and associated sub-groups, preparing and circulating meeting invitations, papers and accurate meeting notes
  • Maintaining meeting records, partnership documentation and action trackers
  • Supporting the coordination of actions and activities agreed through partnership meetings
  • Supporting the production of strategies, community safety plans, annual reports and associated reports
  • Assisting with the collection of data and information from across the partnerships
  • Responding to information requests, enquiries, concerns and complaints relating to the service
  • Supporting the management and coordination of partnership-related budgets
  • Working collaboratively with safeguarding and governance teams

Essential Criteria:

  • Experienced in providing administrative and coordination support within a complex organisation
  • Experienced in organising meetings, preparing meeting papers and taking accurate minutes
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Experienced in handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Experience working within a domestic abuse, safeguarding, community safety or multi-agency environment would be advantageous
