We will work closely with property owners and short-term rental operators to ensure homes are guest-ready, compliant, and maintained to a consistently high standard. As our business grows, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Business Support Officer to help keep our operations running smoothly. Role Overview The Business Support Officer will provide essential administrative, operational, and customer support across the business. This role is central to ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, excellent client communication, and accurate record-keeping. You will work closely with the business owner, cleaning and maintenance teams, and external partners to support service delivery and business growth. Key Responsibilities Administrative and Operational Support Day-to-day management of the operations teams, including cleaning and property maintenance professionals Maintain accurate records and documentation Assist with scheduling, coordination, and tracking of property changeovers and services Support invoicing, purchase orders, and basic financial administration Help implement and improve internal processes and systems Client and Partner Support Act as a point of contact for property owners and service suppliers via email ..... full job details .....
