You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, working in reception and supporting a wide range of business tasks alongside our existing Business Support team. From finance and admin to customer service, your role will be varied, rewarding, and essential to the smooth running of our service.

About The RoleWhat You’ll Be Doing
Meeting and greeting customers and visitors
Providing efficient administrative support to the team
Managing finance tasks including invoicing, payroll, and petty cash
Keeping rotas and day plans up to date
Ordering stationery and processing annual leave
Answering calls and handling queries professionally
Supporting the Management team with delegated tasks
Liaising with customers and families with warmth and professionalism
