We are searching for a business support investigator to monitor customer complaints to identify patterns, investigate potential issues, and raise concerns when product or process problems may exist. Key Responsibilities Review complaint data to identify trends and recurring issues. Investigate trends using available data and information. Escalate findings when trends suggest potential product or process problems. Work with stakeholders and incorporate their feedback and guidance. Complete required training before performing tracking and trending activities. Follow established procedures and the Quality Management System (QMS). Qualifications Bachelor''s degree or equivalent qualification. Hours: (Apply online only) Monday - Friday- On site in Witney- 12 month contract Contract
