Key Responsibilities

• Managing a busy reception area, welcoming visitors and handling incoming deliveries.
• Providing day-to-day administrative support across the business.
• Coordinating travel arrangements, including accommodation, flights, train tickets, taxis, and car hire.
• Supporting internal teams with scheduling, logistics, and general office coordination.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring information is updated across internal systems.
• Assisting with ad hoc projects and operational tasks as required.

About You

• Previous experience in an administration, coordinator, or business support role.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload.
• Strong IT skills, including Excel and other business systems.
• Able to multitask effectively and work at pace without compromising quality.
• Confident communicator with a professional and friendly approach.
