Business Support Coordinator - Godalming£13 - £14 per hour DOE 1-Month ContractWe''re looking for a highly organised and proactive Business Support Coordinator to join a busy team on a short-term basis. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you''ll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.If you thrive on organisation, enjoy problem-solving, and love ticking things off your to-do list, this is a fantastic opportunity to make an immediate impact.The RoleActing as the central support function for ongoing projects, you''ll coordinate logistics, manage schedules, and ensure everything is in the right place at the right time.Key Responsibilities:Coordinating travel and accommodation bookings across the UK and internationallyArranging hire of essential equipment and ensuring timely delivery to siteRaising and managing purchase orders, keeping records accurate and up to dateScheduling and coordinating team resources effectivelyLiaising with suppliers to track deliveries and resolve any issuesProviding flexible administrative support as priorities shiftExperience and Skills Requirements:A proactive, "get-it-done" mindset with strong problem-solving skillsAbility to work at pace while maintaining high attention to detailConfident communicator, comfortable liaising with internal teams and external suppliersStrong organisational and multitasking abilitiesGood working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and communication toolsAvailable to start ..... full job details .....
