This is a great opportunity for an organised administrator to join a growing company known for delivering quality products and excellent customer service.The successful Business Support Co-ordinator will support finance and purchasing operations, working closely with the Finance Manager and wider office team. This office-based role offers flexible working hours across 30 hours per week.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and match purchase orders, supplier invoices, and creditsInput purchase invoices into Sage and reconcile supplier statementsManage the AP mailbox and finance-related postRun aged creditors reports and resolve discrepanciesProcess weekly and monthly supplier paymentsReconcile company credit card receipts and statementsSubmit monthly CIS returns and assist with VAT returnsSupport the finance team with employee expenses and general administrationSkills and Experience RequiredMinimum 2 years experience in a busy office administration roleStrong organisational skills and high attention to detailConfident communication skills with a professional telephone mannerExperience using Sage or similar accounting software desirableGood IT skills ..... full job details .....
