Business Support Coordinator

to join our London-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth operation of a major rail contract. You’ll work closely with operational managers, ensuring systems run efficiently, data is accurate, and reports are insightful.

Responsibilities

Managing internal systems to extract, track, and report on key data — including audits and performance metrics.Overseeing fleet processes for the division, including vehicle records and hire management.Supporting financial operations: processing forms, tracking PandL, and resolving queries to keep contracts running smoothly.Coordinating Health and Safety audit tracking and documentation.Providing day-to-day business and administrative support to colleagues across the team.

Qualifications

Proven experience in data processing, reporting, and invoicing.Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.Experience in budget tracking and financial reporting.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.A sharp eye for detail and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
