Role Summary This role provides vital support to managers and their teams and requires adaptability in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong interpersonal skills, sound judgement, initiative, and the ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining strict confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Calendar Management Coordinate complex diaries across multiple time zones for managers and team members. Travel andamp; Expenses Arrange travel bookings and manage expense submissions for senior staff. Event andamp; Meeting Logistics Plan and deliver internal meetings, off-sites, social events, and celebration activities.Responsibilities include:Booking venues and roomsManaging invitations and RSVPsCoordinating cateringSupporting agenda preparationTaking minutes and tracking actionsOrganising event materials Team Mailing Lists Maintain and update team distribution lists in a timely manner.
