Business Support and Marketing Officer Our client a local Housing Company is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and commercially aware Business Support and Marketing Officer to play a key role in supporting the delivery of the company''s housing developments and corporate governance activities. This varied role sits at the heart of the organisation, operational, financial, marketing, and stakeholder support. The ideal candidate will work closely with board members, estate agents, marketing consultants, and development partners to ensure the effective operation of the company and successful delivery and sale of new homes. The ideal candidate will hold the following skills and experience. Experience in marketing, communications, business support, property sales, housing, or project coordination. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, stakeholder engagement, and event coordination. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive and creative approach to promoting new housing developments and supporting business growth. Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
