Are you available immediately and ready to step into a fast-paced, high-visibility role in a smart new office environment? We are seeking a highly positive, can-do individual to join the business in their stunning new office on a temporary basis providing essential support to the wider business while helping shape a newly created front of house role with the support of an established receptionist. There is potential to explore a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for the right person. This is a fully on-site role, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Induction to the brand new site next week for a few hours, with the full role starting from 16th February. Office and Facilities ManagementManaging meeting room bookings and ensuring set up with equipment and refreshments as needed Coordinating office maintenance, equipment and contractor visitsLeading cleaning operations with external providers and ensuring high standardsOverseeing desk moves, seating plans, and workspace layoutsManaging office appliances such as coffee machinesStaff and Visitor CoordinationSetting up desks, equipment and access for new starters in partnership with HR and ITManaging access cards, Wi-Fi, parking queries, EV charging and visitor processesProviding behind-the-scenes coordination while front desk reception is coveredBusiness and Administrative SupportOrganising site events, meetings and room setupsSupporting large meetings with preparation, printing and cateringAssisting with internal ..... full job details .....
