Your new role Working as part of a central administration function, you will be responsible for complex case handling of ongoing and sensitive cases. You will be responsible for a certain location, whereby you will use a case management system to accurately update, maintain and put into processing cases alongside other public services such as the police, courts and tribunal services or social care department.
