The Role: As part of the Business Support team, you ll be the face of the firm providing exceptional front of house service, supporting colleagues across departments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your role will be varied and engaging, covering both reception and administration duties, with plenty of opportunities to build strong client and team relationships. Key responsibilities include: Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional welcome. Managing reception services, meeting room bookings, and visitor logs. Preparing refreshments and ensuring meeting spaces are well-presented. Handling incoming calls, post, and email correspondence. Providing administrative support across departments including filing, scanning, and document preparation. Liaising with clients and colleagues across Norwich and Cromer offices. Coordinating diaries, appointments, and meetings. Maintaining accurate records and handling information with discretion.
