Full Time, 1 YearGSL Education is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Business Studies Teacher to join a highly supportive secondary school in York. This is a full-time position, commencing as soon as possible, and is expected to run for the full academic year.About the School

Responsibilities include teaching engaging and challenging Business Studies lessons across KS3, KS4 and KS5; planning, preparing and delivering lessons in line with the curriculum (OCR for GCSE and EdExcel at A-Level with Pearson BTEC Level 2 Tech Award in Enterprise also offered); assessing, recording and reporting on student progress; creating an inspiring learning environment that promotes achievement and progress; and contributing to the wider school community and departmental development.Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent such as QTLS or a Cert Ed.Experience teaching Business Studies at GCSE and ideally A-Level.A strong classroom presence with excellent communication skills.Commitment to raising student achievement and promoting a positive learning environment.Benefits
