• You'll be designing and delivering engaging Business Studies lessons, with a primary focus on Key Stage 4, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.
• As KS4 Lead, you will contribute to curriculum planning, assessment strategies, and student intervention for the GCSE curriculum.

What we're looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a specialism in Business Studies.
• Proven experience teaching engaging and effective Business Studies lessons at Key Stage 4, with some Key Stage 3 and 5 experience.
• Prior experience in a leadership or coordination role, or demonstrable readiness to lead a key stage.
• A deep and current understanding of the Business Studies curriculum and excellent pedagogical skills.
• Strong communication skills, effective classroom management, and a genuine passion for inspiring future business leaders.
