Business Sales Support Executive
This is a new role supporting the Midmarket Sales and Commercial Enablement team. This is an ideal entry-level role for someone looking to build a career in sales, enablement, commercial operations or B2B sales. The sales team includes 14 Sales Heads located across the UK. This new role will provide additional support to the team and our customers, helping us deliver our ambitious growth plans. What you''ll do: You''ll help keep day-to-day sales activity moving, handling customer enquiries, preparing quotes and tender responses, coordinating with internal teams, and keeping customers informed at each step. You''ll also support enablement activity by helping maintain sales content, tools, training and communications. Power the sales team by handling customer enquiries, preparing quotes, supporting bids, and guiding new customers through their Sky journey. Keep deals moving by coordinating with internal teams to ensure orders are processed, delivered, and billed smoothly. Enable sales success by supporting the rollout of sales enablement tools, initiatives, and training programmes. Own sales content and tools by managing platforms, keeping materials accurate and easy to find, and spotting gaps or improvements. Support onboarding and communications by equipping new starters, coordinating training, and sharing clear, timely updates with the field.
