Business Readiness Senior Analyst - PensionsThe Business Readiness function is a newly formed team within Client Onboarding and Change division / Pension Administration service line.The Business Readiness Senior Analyst is responsible for ensuring that people, processes, and operational teams are prepared for business change, transformation programmes, system implementations, or new ways of working. All of which have a direct and immediate impact of Isio''s ability to deliver first class customer service to associated stakeholder groups (i.e. members and trustees)This role plays a significant part in bridging the gap between project delivery and operational adoption, ensuring that people, processes, and technology are aligned for successful change outcomes.
