The role offers exposure across several disciplines, including:Rating appealsRent reviews and lease renewalsLandlord and tenant mattersCompulsory purchaseValuation and wider consultancy adviceInstructions cover a diverse portfolio of property types such as retail, offices, industrial and warehouse premises, laboratories, artist studios and residential development land, with a particular emphasis on London and the South East.
