Our client is an independent company supplying and designing powertrain components (exhausts and other specialist Automotive components) to OE Automotive customers. They have a bulging order book and recently expanded to a new purpose designed production facility. The company has received the Queen''s Award for Enterprise.The Role

An opportunity has arisen for a Business Systems and Project Manager to become an integral part of our client''s team. The job synopsis is to control and improve the quality of all processes throughout the business. The Business Systems Manager responsibilities will include:Develop the Management Systems strategyManage external registration requirementsAudit the MRP systemEnsure that all in-house systems and procedures meet the needs of external stakeholdersAssign audits to the internal audit teamEnsure ongoing compliance with all Management Systems including: IATF16949/ISO9001/ISO14001, TISAX/ISO27001 and AS9100First point of contact for supplier and customer-driven systemsThe Candidate

The right Business Systems Manager candidate will possess:Background in business management quality systemsAutomotive (or possibly aerospace) experienceUnderstanding of manufacturing processA "can do attitude" with the desire and ability to contribute to the teamThe Package
