You will be responsible for: Owning the order-to-cash process from start to finish. Running workshops with finance and operations teams across multiple countries to capture current state order-to-cash processes. Designing the future state process, with a clear core and local variations for tax and statutory requirements. Producing as-is and to-be process maps and documentation. Performing gap analysis between current processes and D365 Fandamp;O capabilities. Translating the future-state design into business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria to guide system configuration. Supporting UAT, training, and go-live phases. Required experience and skills: Experience as a Business Analyst or Business Process Modeller on large-scale, ERP-based finance transformation programmes.
