Business Process Modeller/Order-to-Cash, D365 FandO

Business Process Modeller/Order-to-Cash, D365 Fandamp;O/is required by a global company to lead the consolidation of its finance and operations onto a single Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance andamp; Operations platform. You will be responsible for: Owning the order-to-cash process from start to finish. Running workshops with finance and operations teams across multiple countries to capture current state order-to-cash processes. Designing the future state process, with a clear core and local variations for tax and statutory requirements. Producing as-is and to-be process maps and documentation. Performing gap analysis between current processes and D365 Fandamp;O capabilities. Translating the future-state design into business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria to guide system configuration. Supporting UAT, training, and go-live phases. Required experience and skills: Experience as a Business Analyst or Business Process Modeller on large-scale, ERP-based finance transformation programmes. Strong knowledge of order-to-cash processes (or similar enterprise processes such as procure-to-pay or record-to-report). Extensive process mapping experience. Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance andamp; Operations. Experience standardising processes across multiple countries or legal entities, including localisation requirements. Strong business analysis and requirements management skills, including user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, and supporting testing and UAT. ..... full job details .....
