The role will combine strong business process management, SAP Signavio, SAP and digital transformation experience, working closely with the LOR Digital Delivery team, process owners and business SMEs. The immediate priority will be to take ownership of the existing process baseline and establish a robust Level 2-4 process architecture, with particular focus on identifying and documenting exceptions, variations and unhappy paths that are not captured through traditional happy-path process mapping. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of the existing process baseline, process architecture and SAP Signavio repository.
