Business Process Automation Developer (IBM BAW)Location: Northampton (2-3 days per week onsite) Duration: Initial 6-month contract Rate: Up to 700 per day Inside IR35 (Umbrella)The RoleAs a Business Process Automation Developer, you''ll be responsible for designing, developing and supporting workflow and business process solutions using IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW). You''ll collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable solutions that support critical business operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and maintain IBM BAW workflow and process applicationsTranslate business requirements into scalable technical solutionsDevelop integrations with enterprise systems, REST APIs and databasesParticipate in solution design, technical reviews and code quality initiativesSupport Agile delivery activities including estimation, sprint planning and executionTroubleshoot and resolve application and production issuesContribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment activities and engineering best practicesProduce and maintain technical documentationWork closely with Business Analysts, Architects, Product Owners and Test Engineers to deliver successful outcomesEssential Skills and ExperienceStrong hands-on development experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)Experience designing and implementing complex workflow and case management solutionsStrong Java development skillsExperience integrating with REST APIs and enterprise ..... full job details .....
