Business Process Analyst - AI

Our client is currently recruiting for a Business Process Analyst to join their team to work on AI enablement projects within the business operation teams. The Business Process Analyst will work closely with Operational teams to identify where AI can be implemented to help improve processes and efficiencies. The Business Process Analyst will gather requirements and map out existing processes and build uses cases.This is a hybrid role (2 days onsite/ 3 days remote).Key Responsibilities for the Business Process AnalystTranslate operational pain points into clearly scoped AI use cases with defined outcomesProduce high-quality artefacts including process narratives and functional and non-functional requirementsEnsure solutions are designed for scalability, maintainability and clear ownership once livePrepare governance packs and support proportionate assurance for AI changeMaintain traceability of use cases, benefits and risks through the AI registerDefine and track measurable benefits ensuring automation delivers real and sustained value Key Experience for the Business Process AnalystA background in as either a Business Analyst / Process Analyst on similarWorked closely with Business operations teams such as customer service, payment teams or financial crimeHas worked on AI enablement and process improvement projectsExperience with AI-enabled initiatives and use case definitionExcellent stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate complex topics clearlyPlease apply ..... full job details .....
