Its services include vehicle recovery, replacement vehicle hire, repair coordination and support with personal injury claims where needed. The business has grown through its reputation and customer referrals. It is now looking for an Operations Manager to bring greater structure to its day-to-day work and support its next stage of growth. The Role Reporting to one of the owners, you will take responsibility for the daily operation of the business and directly manage a team of six across file handling, customer communications and call handling. You will monitor performance, improve processes and help the team move claims forward efficiently, giving the owners more time to focus on developing the business.
