Ideally you will have knowledge of areas such CMS, Merchandising or Promotional tools and not just CRM & CRO. The Business Operations Lead oversees all eCommerce operational activity across brand websites governing brief templates & processes and working with outsourced partner to ensure quality, accuracy and that SLAs are met.
