Business Manager

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Fenestration Business Manager to join a well-established company. Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent. Salary: 40,000.00 - 45,000.00 per annum basic with on-target performance-based bonus with an OTE of 50,000.00 - 55,000.00. Location: Exeter EX2. About The Role: The company is looking for a proactive Business Manager who enjoys leading people, making operations run smoothly and turning ideas into practical improvements. Working closely with the Managing Director, you will utilise the skills and experience of a small team covering sales, order processing, technical support, production, finance, HR and marketing to translate strategy into operational goals and drive them through to success. You will help people work well together, keep customer commitments on track and use performance information to improve the business. This is a role for a good people manager, who is also organised, level-headed and has a natural drive to continuously improve their environment. There is real scope to influence how we work, develop the team and make improvements that staff and customers can see. If you make your mark, there is genuine scope for the role to develop into a General Manager position. Key Duties (But Not Limited To): Lead and support the team, set clear expectations, hold regular reviews and address issues fairly and promptly.
