Business Manager

Location: Office-based (5 days per week)Hours: 30 to 37.5 hours per week (flexible start and finish times)OverviewWe are working with a growing, entrepreneurial business looking to appoint a hands-on Operations Lead to support the next stage of its development.This is a pivotal role acting as the right-hand to the Director, taking ownership of day-to-day operations and ensuring the business runs efficiently in their absence.
