The Role

As Business Manager, you''ll be responsible for the day-to-day running and commercial performance of the branch. Your responsibilities will include:

• Taking full responsibility for branch performance and profitability
• Driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers
• Leading, motivating and developing the branch team
• Overseeing stock, purchasing and day-to-day operations
• Maintaining high standards of customer service
• Increasing the branch''s presence and market share within the local area

About You

To be successful in this role, you''ll ideally have:

• Experience within electrical wholesale or a related trade or distribution sector
• Previous management experience, or a strong track record in a commercially focused sales role
• A proven ability to develop customer relationships and win new business
• A strong commercial mindset with a focus on sales, growth and profitability
• The leadership skills to motivate a team and build a successful operation
• A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to work autonomously
