Business Director / Manager Headway Cardiff and South East Wales £36,000-£45,000 Full time or part time considered, up to 37 hrs/week Hybrid - University Hospital Llandough About the role We''re looking for someone to run all the vital behind-the-scenes work that makes it possible for our services staff and volunteers to provide direct support to our service users. We''d be looking to you to make sure our centre is a safe and pleasant environment for everyone who uses it, that staff have the resources they need and systems in place to focus on what matters most, and that the finances are in place and properly accounted for to make everything possible. In the first instance, you wouldn''t do this on your own. You''d become the third member of our management team. The CEO would support you and enable you to grow into the role so she can step back from the internal doing to do more of the overseeing, developing and external relationship building. We don''t expect you to come with all the experience already in place. What matters most is the ability to learn quickly, spot ways to improve and innovate, think critically and strategically, research independently, and make good decisions - including supporting service staff through challenging situations when the other managers aren''t around.
