This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who is used to running a business, unit or customer-facing operation as if it were their own. You’ll be responsible for the people, performance, customer experience and commercial results of the site, working closely with senior stakeholders and a wider Head Office team. This role would suit someone with experience as a General Manager, Business Manager, Operations Manager, Practice Manager, Site Manager or similar, particularly someone who has had genuine responsibility for revenue, sales performance, KPIs, budgets and P&L.
