This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who is used to running a business, unit or customer-facing operation as if it were their own. You ll be responsible for the people, performance, customer experience and commercial results of the site, working closely with senior stakeholders and a wider Head Office team. This role would suit someone with experience as a General Manager, Business Manager, Operations Manager, Practice Manager, Site Manager or similar, particularly someone who has had genuine responsibility for revenue, sales performance, KPIs, budgets and PandL. This is not simply an operational management role. We re looking for someone commercially driven who is comfortable being accountable for the numbers.
