Business Manager - Automotive Dealership - Bristol

We are working with a respected and expanding automotive group seeking an experienced Business Manager to join a high-performing dealership in Bristol.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in automotive finance or sales management who is ready to step into a rewarding role with strong earning potential and genuine career development opportunities.

The Role:

As Business Manager, you will support the sales team by structuring finance and insurance deals and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. You will work closely with customers, presenting tailored financial solutions and supporting the delivery of the dealership''s sales process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and presenting finance and insurance deals to customers following sales qualification
  • Ensuring full compliance with F&I regulations and company policies
  • Supporting the sales team in achieving departmental targets
  • Conducting first and second-facing customer interactions
  • Promoting and selling value-added products such as warranty, paint protection, and insurances
  • Helping manage daily sales activities to maximise performance

About You:

  • Previous experience in a Business Manager, F&I Manager, or Sales Manager role within the motor trade
  • Strong understanding of financial and insurance product regulations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage customer relationships effectively under pressure
  • Proactive approach with the ability to use initiative
  • Full UK Driving Licence required
